简介:淮北师范大学相山学者,日照市创新领军人才,长期从事发酵食品、微生物源生物防腐剂的发酵合成、生防产品高效生物制造、发酵黑茶品质提升及保健功能研究,承担《生物工程设备与设计》、《现代工业发酵调控学》、《氨基酸工艺学》、《微生物工程实验》、《生物工艺学实验》、《生物工程综合实验》等课程的教学。发表论文30余篇,申请国家发明专利10余项,其中已授权7项,3项完成成果转化,主持国家自然科学面上项目、国家自然科学青年基金项目、安徽省自然科学基金面上项目、安徽省高校自然科学基金重点项目、省部级重点实验室开放项目、市级重点研发项目、企业横向课题等11项,目前担任Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology、Frontiers in Microbiology、Frontiers in Nutrition、Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology、Process Biochemistry等期刊审稿专家。
